Is the Spanish Golden Visa still available?
No. Spain’s Golden Visa was abolished on 3 April 2025 under Organic Law 1/2025 and no new applications are accepted. We’ll guide you to live alternatives such as the Digital Nomad Visa or Non-Lucrative Visa.
